Opening Times

We don’t have set opening hours for the simple reason there isn’t always somebody on site – you’re best to call (07502 096 438) ahead to confirm.   As a general rule we brew Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays so you can pop by after 10am to pick up bottles to take away. Today, among all the #FirstyFriday setup, I’m mashing in Oddity 2.  I have to admit this brew scares me, it’s starting to delve in to the world of sours which I’ve drunk but never brewed before and it’s not brewing the way I’m used to with leaving wort sat in the copper for a few days to let the acidity increase. So today sees the brewing of Oddity 1, a Honey Cream Ale.  We thought we would break you in gently as Oddity 2 is going off on a sour path!
